Abstract

The  Coordinated Regional Downscaling Experiment (CORDEX) is an initiative promoting the advance of regional climate and Earth System Science. As part of the World Climate Research Programme (WCRP) it shares the broader goals of providing a model evaluation and climate projection framework. Selected scientific activities performed for the European domain of CORDEX will be presented and discussed.
