Alexandros Stefanakis, Assistant Professor at the School of Chemical and Environmental Engineering of Technical University of Crete, was appointed as Associate Editor of the journal Ecological Engineering that is published by Elsevier.

This journal is one of the oldest in the field of Ecological Engineering and deals with the design of ecosystems for the mutual benefit of humans and nature and serves as a bridge between the fields of ecology and engineering.
