Elia Psillakis, Professor at the School of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Engineering, is one of the task group chairs of the new project approved by the International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC). The program aims to evaluate the greeness of official sample preparation methods suggested by the International Standardization Bodies (such as ISO and EN) and further suggest sustainable alternative methods.
